For those of you not familiar with NeuroNexus (NN), this 501c3 is operated to facilitate education and research for MS and Alzheimers disease. It also brings researchers together to study these diseases. The Neuronexus facility provides a conference area for research work, a public forum for presentations on neuroscience topics, and specialized information on neurological disorders. Mentoring and docent services are available through affiliate organizations. Our staff has offered CME course credit and hosted professional roundtables and webinars. We are focused on “Floating All The Boats” in the community and region through education of the public and medical professionals on neurological disease. Our current efforts focus on enhancing recruitment to medical research trials and obtaining a regular schedule of educational events. We promote participation by affiliated staff employees in national and international forums and broadcasts on neurological diseases.
